Fluorescent pigments.
To obtain a covering and strong fluorescent make-up, apply the fluorescent pigment over a layer of color gel on the eyelid.
Mix with lip shine to obtain a fluorescent lip gloss.
Dilute with moisturizing lotion and apply with brush over a waterproof mascara to create fluorescent eyelashes.
Mix with Magic Primer to obtain a waterproof fluorescent color for Face and Body painting. Code: MPR.
